Break the Habit

Break The Habit was a band from Brighton, on the south coast of the UK. In our record collections, we sit between Braid and Brian Eno [which is pretty cool!] but we probably fit a bit better in between Latterman and Lifetime. In the two and a bit years we were a band we released a split 7", a split 12" and this CDEP. We toured the UK once and the east coast of the USA once. We met a lot of friends and played with a lot of bands that we really like. Come to the UK and we'll make you a nice cup of tea.

This band has been long supporters of this site, and I'm really excited that they are up here. I was on their Myspace recently and noticed this EP was up for download. I really love these songs and I think you will too. It's chock full of energy and great song writing. I think that it's a real shame that this band has recently called it quits. Someone put this out on vinyl. - dave
