Today, B&T departs* for Europe, leaving the city of New York on one of the nicest days of the year. Along for the ride will be a brand new 10" (12" limited) record, which features some of the last songs the band wrote with bassist Tia Meilinger.

These 5 songs are some of their strongest yet. The first song "Predecessors", busts through the gates with a rhythm that's hard not to bounce your head to. The guitars weave in and around your ears, leading up to one of the best choruses I've heard this year. This song is streaming in the player on the right.

On most songs Jeff takes the lead vocally, with the exception of "New Dialogue", where Rachel takes the helm. I've listened to this song on repeat ever since Pat gave me the recordings. The chorus of the song hits me in a warm fuzzy spot that gets me every time.

Due to time constraints, this record was printed as a limited 12" for the first pressing. Subsequent pressings will be in the 10" format with different artwork. No Idea Records put this out. You can buy this from them on their tour, so click the link on the right to see where they are heading.
